First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ROI Revolution.
Paid Media Strategist
I had a screener and then a second interview with the media director and the recruiter both sitting in. They asked all situational questions and was definitely one of the tougher interviews in my career
- Tell me about a time when a campaign did not perform as expected.
Digital Marketing Manager
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. They asked a lot of behavioral questions, like 'tell me about a time when you had to show how you'd fit in.' Even though I prepared, some questions still caught me off guard.
- Can you share an instance where you demonstrated how you would be a good fit for a position?
- Is a campaign with more clicks necessarily more successful than another campaign?
Paid Media Strategist
Interviewing with ROI Revolution was a really great and comfortable experience all the way through. After I first got in touch with the ROI Revolution team, I had two informal calls that really let me get a sense of whether the role was a good fit for me and also to learn more about the company and the team setup. Then, I did a virtual interview with multiple people from the department I was trying to get into. After that, I gave them my references and they invited me for an on-site interview. This last part included a skills test and in-person meetings with the same people I'd talked to before. I also got shown around the office, which gave me a solid feel for ROI’s values, how they work together, and the company vibe. All through the process, I was able to ask a bunch of questions to make sure this was the right choice for me. The team wasn't just knowledgeable and really into my background and skills, but they also seemed super passionate about their jobs and were really nice about it. It made the whole thing feel really welcoming and motivating. All in all, it was a smooth and well-put-together process that left me feeling sure and excited about joining the company.
- Tell me about a time you positively influenced someone at your company.
Retail Media Analyst
The interview process was really thorough and actually pretty fast. It started with a recruiter call, then a manager call, and wrapped up with an on-site panel interview that included the manager and the director of product. I got a really good sense of the role and the company culture. Everyone I met was super nice and professional. I'd totally consider applying again in the future.
- Can you tell me about your experience with retail media campaigns?
