The interview process had four steps. First, a 30-minute phone screen with the Recruiter. Then, I came in for an office tour and took an IQ/Logic Test, Grammar Test, and Typing Test, which took about an hour and a half. After that, I had a more in-depth interview with the HR Recruiter. Finally, I had the last interview with the HR Recruiter, the Manager of the team, and another HR Recruiter joined briefly. The recruiter was always nice and responded quickly. The whole process from the first interview to the offer took two and a half weeks. They don't try to trick you; they want to get to know you and how you think to see if you're a good fit. They gave me reading material before the final interview about the position, which helped me understand the role better. I felt like they were genuinely interested in me, and everyone at the office was kind and helpful.

The interview process was really long, especially considering the low pay. It was also really disappointing how they lacked diversity. It's a bummer that after spending four years and a hundred grand on college, we get such a lowball offer.

I applied online and got an email a few days later to set up a phone interview. This first call was about 20 minutes and included typical questions like 'Why ROI?' and 'Describe your qualifications.' The interviewers were nice and approachable. If you pass that, you'll be invited for a facility tour and a 2-hour exam which includes IQ tests, personality tests, grammar exercises, and other written assessments. The office itself is pretty cool, with free snacks and a game room. Most of the workspace is cubicles, and they value quietness, so the tour guide was whispering in active areas. This office vibe might be a pro or con depending on you. If you pass the exam, they'll call you to schedule the final in-person interview. This is where they'll discuss offer details, including pay and benefits. It's a full-time role paid hourly, not salary. The pay scale is $18/hr for the first 6 months, then $18.75/hr for months 6-12, and $19.50/hr after a year. Performance bonuses could add $5k-$10k. So, with a $5k bonus and 40 hrs/week, the first year is about $42.5k, but benefits are limited. The whole process was enjoyable and thorough, but the pay seemed a bit low given how tough and selective the hiring is.
