The HR team was really impressive, super professional, and kept things moving smoothly. They were quick to reply to any questions and clear about what they needed next. Even after I got the job, HR stayed in touch to help with the transition and getting set up.

So I got contacted by a recruiter from ROI on linkedin, and I responded that I was interested. She sent me the job description right away, which was great because some recruiters don't share that info until later. We then scheduled a phone call, and the recruiter was really nice and knew a lot about the role. The next step was an in-person interview where I met with the recruiter and my potential manager. They didn't make me take any of the tests other people mentioned, like an IQ or personality test, or a typing speed test. However, I did have to fill out an ROI application that asked about my WPM, so I did a quick online test for that. After checking my references, ROI offered me the job! So, there was just one in-person interview. On the plus side, it was a good experience with friendly people. It was clear what I needed to do and when, and the recruiter was very helpful and professional. On the downside, there was a mix-up; I thought the job was for Google Ads after the first call, but it turned out to be for Amazon when I came in for the in-person meeting. Also, I didn't get to meet the rest of the team, only my potential supervisor.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved a recruiter phone screen, then an in-person meeting with HR, and finally with the Owner. The HR part was fine, they seemed friendly and knew their stuff about the company, answering lots of questions. However, I was let down by the interview with the owner. It seemed like they hadn't bothered to read my resume beforehand. When I tried to explain my past jobs, they actually argued with me about the titles. It felt like they weren't listening at all and wouldn't let me finish speaking. It was a really strange experience and gave me a bad feeling about the company.
