I applied online and a recruiter contacted me to set up a phone screen. On the day of the screen, the recruiter canceled via email and said they would reschedule. I never heard back from them. A few days later, a different recruiter reached out to schedule a Teams interview with the hiring manager. They didn't ask questions but stated the interview had to be on a specific day and time. I attended the interview, and it went well. The hiring manager then said I'd move to the next round: a panel interview with two potential peers. I attended this interview, and it also went very well. Both panelists said I interviewed great and looked forward to speaking with me again, even asking my potential start date. Three weeks passed with no contact from any recruiters, the hiring manager, or the team. I received a generic rejection email on a Sunday night. This whole process was very unprofessional and disorganized, especially for an HR role. It shows how little they value people's time. Many red flags, so it's probably for the best it didn't work out.

They brought me in for a quick chat with HR, then I met the person I'd report to. After that, there was a panel interview, and the final step was meeting the SVP. That last meeting was really awkward because she seemed to look down on me, and I'm not sure why. HR had told me they'd make an offer before the holidays. The day after I met the SVP, they reposted the job. I tried to reach out, but no response. I ended up taking another job offer (which I'm happy about). HR finally got back to me saying they 'needed more time' and wanted to wait, without giving any specific reasons. About a week later, I got a standard rejection. What's really unprofessional is that one of the panelists is now in the role.

First, you get an email from talent acquisition. Then, there's a 20min phone/teams interview covering your background and qualifications. If you're a good fit, you'll move on to a panel interview. This panel interview focuses on behavioral questions using the STAR method, all tied to the company's ETHOS. It consists of two panels with two people each, and also a 1:1 interview with managers. The people were very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Got an offer 1 month after applying. Initial contact was an email 3 days after I applied, asking for availability for a phone call. The call happened a week later. In this 10 min call, the recruiter told me the salary & benefits and some job details. I confirmed my interest. Then I had to do an online personality test. After that, we scheduled a zoom interview for a week later. It was a 45 min interview with 3 interviewers and me. They shared their career stories and asked standard questions, seeming genuinely interested. After the interview, I was offered the job, pending a background check & drug test.
