I applied online on Day 001. By Day 006, I got confirmation that my CV was received. On Day 007, I got an email from Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone interview. The next day, Day 008, I had a screening call with Pinstripe, the recruiting agency. They forwarded my info to RAI HR on Day 009. Then, on Day 024, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager at SFNTC. On Day 040, I was invited to Santa Fe for in-person interviews, which included some panel interviews. I had face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager and her boss on Day 055. I also did panel interviews with two different groups of managers from other departments. On Day 080, they told me I was still being considered. Finally, on Day 108, I was informed that they had chosen another candidate.

First, a phone chat with the recruiter, then a day on the trade, then a webcam interview, and finally, some webcam video recordings answering more questions. The recruiter was helpful and I could ask them questions the whole time. I have to be willing to relocate. The final panel interview will decide if I get an offer from the recruiter - they will decide where I would be located. So, it's important to build a relationship with them throughout the interview process!

This was a very thorough process. I was first contacted by a headhunter. Then, I had a screening phone interview with the line manager. After that, I had a panel interview at the headquarter. In total, there were 3 sessions, each lasting 45 minutes with 2 interviewers per session. There was a 10-minute break after each session.
