I applied online and they reached out via email a few days later. They wanted to chat to get to know me better and also to confirm if I was comfortable with selling tobacco products. Then, I scheduled a phone interview. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was entirely behavioral questions. The interviewer was friendly, but didn't ask anything about my resume or previous jobs. She mentioned they'd be in touch within a few days by email or phone. I figured an email would mean 'thanks but no thanks'. Two days passed, and I got the rejection email. Overall, it was a decent experience for my first phone interview.

I talked to a manager trainee who confirmed I was still interested and asked basic questions about my salary expectations. Then I had to do an online personality test with about 50-60 questions, rating my agreement on a scale. Finally, I had an in-person interview at a hotel conference center with the Division Manager, Assistant Division Manager, and Regional Manager. It was friendly and professional, and they asked some standard interview questions.
