The interview went well and felt professional. The questions asked were relevant and clear. However, the company didn't follow up as promised and I haven't heard back. My attempts to contact them were unsuccessful, and it seems like my number was blocked. This lack of communication leaves a bad impression even though the interview itself was good. So, while the interview was fine, the poor follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as a place to work.

The interview process was smooth and focused on work ethics. The hiring managers and directors were very approachable, creating a no-pressure environment that made it easy to express myself. There were no issues at all, and the process was fast with quick results. It involved a panel interview with some technical questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview started out pretty formal and business-like but then it became more casual and calm. Bryan was really fun and laid back, and the start of the interview was super social and fast-paced, with a full tour. However, the other managers seemed kind of stuck up and rude, so watch yourself with them. Bryan is more chill though.

the interviewer was really friendly but had bad energy, felt wrong from the start. she seemed more interested in someone who could bring personal networks and a certain social vibe rather than a good fit for the postion. her communication style was poor.
