I learned about the opening from a friend who worked at the company. I applied through the website. I had a first interview with the Deputy Manager, who is now my manager, and then a second interview with the City Manager. The day after the second interview, HR contacted me to let me know I got the job.

the interviewer was really friendly but had bad energy, felt wrong from the start. she seemed more interested in someone who could bring personal networks and a certain social vibe rather than a good fit for the postion. her communication style was poor.
