So the whole thing started with an online application, then some skill/personality assessments, followed by a phone screen. After that, there was an in-person interview, which might have been a panel interview too, and we even got a facility tour. All in all, the whole process took about two weeks from start to finish. It did move pretty fast, which might be because it was around a holiday. Regus is known for hiring top talent, so you really need to be on your game during the interviews. They're looking for people with a strong customer service background and a polished, professional demeanor for any role.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • There weren't any super tough or surprising questions, but you do have to complete a set of assessments that will determine your pay rate.
  • If you ace the assessments, you'll be paid at the higher end of the pay scale; if you do okay, you'll start at the minimum pay scale, and so on.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I had an initial phone interview with the general manager, who flew in from Switzerland. After that, I was told a personal interview would be scheduled for the next week. I had to email them a few times to remind the GM about scheduling the personal interview, as he was really busy with meetings. When it was finally scheduled, it was a panel interview with two senior CSRs and the GM. They asked questions about my ability to multitask and what I could contribute. I also got a tour of the branch and was told I'd have a 2-hour work trial. During the trial, I did a lot of tasks, and one of the senior CSRs mentioned I might start the following week and to just wait for the GM's email. Another week passed, and the GM asked if I was still interested, which I confirmed. A third week went by, and I kept checking in with the GM for updates. He said he'd give me an answer that week. A whole month had gone by since I applied when I was told the position was on hold and to check back at the end of the month. I received a better offer elsewhere and couldn't wait any longer. The whole process was: 1) Email confirming phone interview schedule 2) Initial phone interview with GM 3) Panel Interview 4) Work Trial 5) They should have hired me then, but the process was too long. The Customer Service Representative title is a bit of a misnomer; it mainly covers reception, courier management, hospitality tasks like making coffee, appointment setting, and basic tech support for phones and VoIP. Micromanagement seems to be the norm there.
