The process was quite simple. I was interviewed by Search (Regus's outsourced HR) via Skype, and then I had an in-person interview with two managers. There weren't any overly complex questions, and the interviewers were good at creating a conversational atmosphere. What I found really bad was the contact with Search. They called to schedule a third interview, I was traveling and said I could do it the following week. The agent said she'd check if it could be via Skype and never got back to me. They ignored my emails, and no one ever answered the phone they called from. I managed to speak with a manager on LinkedIn, and only then was I informed that the process had been canceled with no hiring due to company restructuring. I found the lack of consideration for me disrespectful.

Behavioral Case

The job wasn't what was advertised. When I arrived for the interview, I was told the role doesn't involve overseeing sites or people, but solely selling office space. The entire interview focused on selling office space, despite the advertisement clearly stating it was a leadership position. This whole experience was a waste of time. I'd suggest you review your job adverts.

Behavioral Other

I set up a time for the interview via email, and they gave me options for the date and time which worked for me. The hiring manager was very welcoming, offered me coffee, introduced herself and talked about her history with the company, which helped break the ice. She was really nice.
