The process was very long, with many people. We all waited in one room for everyone to arrive, then we were divided and moved to another room. The questions were more about care than personal things. They mentioned they would consider all resumes because there were many openings. The interviewer knew some candidates and it seemed like they had an advantage. In the end, they didn't specify which positions were available.

Back then the interview was online with 4 other people and the questions were easy and personal. Today I know the interview is in person at the hospital and individual with personal questions too. Where you live, how many kids you have, your last job, why you left, your strong and weak points. For the in-person interview now, I think they ask something related to blood collection like tube sequence, tube mixing time, and other things.

It was on Teams, a meeting with 4 candidates. They started by presenting the company and the job, and then it would go to the candidates' presentations, but I didn't get to that part because I left early. As soon as they mentioned the salary of R$ 1,350, I didn't want to stay, because the minimum today is R$ 1,621. They are paying a horrible amount for the employees. I believe they might try to reach the minimum using hazard pay, which shouldn't happen as it's unconstitutional.

The initial HR interview was great. A few days later, in the second stage, I was interviewed by the manager responsible for the position. They clearly tried to reinvent the wheel. The interview was terrible: it lacked proper direction, objectivity, and consistent feedback. To top it off, I received two emails: the first asking for vaccination status, and minutes later, a rejection email citing 'lack of profile for the position.' What profile, exactly? I tried to clarify the situation via WhatsApp, but got no response. A total lack of respect.
