Laboratory Technician
First, HR contacts you for an interview, then they schedule a test for knowledge in the area and a chat with the responsible manager or someone supervising the area. The test had 10 questions about clinical analysis and hematology.
- Tell me about your career path and experience in the field.
- What do you know about clinical analysis and hematology?
IT Technician
We started with a group interview activity led by a recruiter. They kicked things off by giving us the rundown on the company, like its values, culture, what they do, and how you can grow there. After that, everyone had to do a quick individual presentation about their work history, education, relevant courses, skills they've picked up, biggest achievements, and why they're interested in this role. This part was also a chance to show off people skills, like how well you communicate, work with others, and get your points across concisely.
- Could you share a bit about yourself?
Laboratory Technician
I applied online and a few days later, I got a WhatsApp message to schedule an online interview with the recruitment agency. On the same day I had the interview, I was approved for the next step with the supervisor. They were friendly, polite, and direct about the profile, and explained what the lab routine would be like. The process lasted a week. They give opportunities to those without experience in the field. The feedback was via email and WhatsApp.
- What is your schedule availability?
- Tell me about your previous experiences.
- How do you work in a team?
