Group Presentation

It was a group interview held online via Zoom. The process is a bit confusing because speaking is ordered by who raises their hand first in the app. This app tends to have errors if used on tablets or cell phones, but the company doesn't care that much. The group dynamic is chaotic, everyone wants to speak at the same time because only those who are seen are remembered, and this makes both the communication and presentation process very difficult.

Behavioral Group Presentation

We started with an initial process with a video presenting the company and its objectives. Then, we moved on to the presentation of the benefits offered by the company, with HR showing all of them. They explained how the course would work along with the daily work routine. After that, there was a simple group dynamic for personal introductions, where each person would present in front of everyone the questions that were asked and written down, reading them aloud. Finally, we took a photo, and we would await the response from the selection process.
