Human Resources Apprentice
The interview itself was fine, but the recruiter said she'd give me feedback, positive or not. She didn't. It's disrespectful to keep someone waiting for an answer.
- Why did you choose to be a young apprentice?
Apprentice
The selection process was very fast. I signed up on the website where they do the pre-selection here in Brasilia. After a few days, they contacted me asking if I was still interested in the position, and the interview with the manager would be the next day. The interview was calm, relaxed, the managers were very friendly and polite, definitely one of the best interviews I've ever had.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What are your hobbies or what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
- Is it easy for you to get to the job location?
Apprentice
It was easy, a concentration and coordination test was applied to the whole group, followed by a free-theme essay. Then a private interview with the company's HR. A few weeks later, the interview with the supervisor, with some questions and company information, it was relaxed.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
