Behavioral Technical

The first step of the selection process was with HR. After three days, I got a call back to come in for an in-person interview. At the hospital, we were asked to present our professional background, and then we had an interview with the nursing managers where they asked some questions about patient care.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a relaxed interview, felt like a casual chat. They asked about my professional, educational, and social background. I didn't feel pressured or tested at any point. The process started with an online interview via Teams with the nursing manager, followed by an interview with the medical director. After that, I had a cultural fit interview with HR, which was even more relaxed.

Behavioral Technical Group Case Presentation

First, we look at resumes and do an initial screening, then we might call or video chat to check basic stuff. After that, there's a first interview with HR or a recruiter, followed by a technical interview for your specific skills, and a behavioral interview using STAR. We'll also throw in some situational questions to see how you solve problems. Then come tests and assessments – technical, psych, and group activities. After that, you'll interview with the leadership to see if you fit culturally and align with our long-term vision. We'll check your references too. If all goes well, we'll make a job offer and negotiate it. Finally, there's the onboarding process with training and company orientation.
