I applied through vagas.com. The recruiter scheduled a face-to-face and group interview at the HR building. They explained all the benefits, salary, and work hours (Monday to Friday for the position I applied for). The first interview was in person with the recruiter, and the second was online with the manager. I passed both. The selection process was in November 2024. They don't give any feedback to candidates, not even a message or an email. It shows a lack of organization and respect for candidates who not only took time off but also spent money on transportation. I even canceled another interview thinking Rede D'or would be a better professional opportunity. Many candidates were there for the third interview, not understanding why they were called if they never received feedback from the first interview for the same role.

I found the process straightforward and to the point, which helped me not to be anxious. I really liked the method they used; they made me feel very comfortable. They were attentive, polite, and treated me well. They even interacted when they noticed I was getting nervous.
