They contacted me on WhatsApp and scheduled an interview with HR. On the same day, the manager also wanted to interview me. The next day, they sent me an Excel test to complete in an hour, a personality test, and a PowerPoint presentation request to explain a successful case. I completed all tasks on time. After 10 days, they scheduled an interview with the hiring manager and the department manager. They said they'd get back to me in 5 days. 10 more days passed, and I asked about feedback, but they told me it would happen in another two days. It's been over a MONTH since then, and I haven't heard back, despite completing SIX STAGES of interviews and tests. I felt completely disregarded!

The first stage with HR was very relaxed. In the second stage with the managers, I was asked to present a case study. There were two managers because they were considering me for two different positions in distinct locations. Everything went smoothly, but I think I could have presented the results better. They didn't give any specific feedback during the interview, but I noticed that was lacking. Overall, the salary was within the market average, but the meal voucher (VA) is quite poor at R$150.
