The initial HR call was pretty chill. Then I had a technical interview which was a really bad time. It felt like HR and the tech team weren't on the same page 'cause I got totally different info before the technical interview. That interview itself felt more like a power play by the hiring folks instead of a proper Q&A. They kept explaining things back to me and trying to make me look bad, no matter my answers. The questions also got confusing because each person added on to the original question. Overall, it was a bad experience because the hiring team was unprofessional in how they talked and acted. Still waiting to hear back from HR after more than 3 weeks.

It was the standard behavioral interview, lasting about 45 minutes. They really wanted it in person. When I left my place, I saw public transport was really delayed due to system failures. I called to see if we could switch to virtual, but they said no. Because of this, I didn't get back home until around 9 pm. The interview itself covered working with messy data, which I found a bit odd given Quantium's products, but it seems their internal data is quite a mess.

The interview process started with an online assessment that included a quiz with normal algorithms and programming questions focusing on data structures and algorithms. This was followed by a behavioral interview where basic questions about past experiences were asked, nothing too complex. Finally, there was a technical interview involving programming and explaining code on the spot.

First, there was an online test with questions on aptitude, basic data manipulation, and SQL. Then, a case study was given to solve, followed by questions about it. Next, a technical interview focused on the case study answers and my resume, and why I wanted the role. Finally, an HR round.
