It started with a quick 5-10 min phone call to see if I vibe with the team and how I'd fit in. Then, there was a longer Skype interview (since I was out of town) where they hit me with some technical and hypothetical questions. They also mentioned an Assessment Centre, but I couldn't make it because I had to cover my own flight costs.

The process was pretty good overall and they got back to emails super fast. Camille was a great recruiter and helped us interns the whole way through. So, first after applying, I had a phone interview that was behavioral. My interviewer was taking notes on a computer the whole time, so I could tell it was super structured. Then they brought me in for a 30-minute in-person interview. They used a scorecard for my answers, which were a mix of behavioral and some easy technical questions about inferring things. The last part was a half-day assessment center. This included a 1-hour written technical test where they asked some probability questions and to interpret graphs, a group case study where we had an hour to prep and 10 mins to present, and I also had to give a 2-minute talk on whatever I wanted.

First, they scanned the resumes. Then, a phone interview was conducted, covering basic behavioral questions and some about the company's background. Next, there was an office interview that lasted nearly an hour, consisting of half behavioral questions and half case analysis. The last stage was an Assessment Centre (AC), but I didn't make it through.
