The process was quite fast, taking around 4 weeks, with very fast response times after each stage. It involved a quick online application through GradConnection, a phone interview, a face-to-face technical interview and then a very extensive assessment centre. Phone interview was standard with behavioural questions centred around "why Quantium" and "why data". The technical interview was a series of interesting questions which tested for lateral thinking and understanding of the analysis and usefulness of data. Assessment centre tested all of the soft skills, such as communication, presentation skills, leadership and teamwork, whilst also testing your thinking and data analysis further with formal "exams", arguably an extension of the technical interview. This was a very enjoyable process and I am thoroughly pleased that I applied.

The entire interview process moved pretty quickly, wrapping up in about 2 to 3 weeks. We kicked off with a phone interview, which was pretty standard behavioural stuff. Then there was a 1-on-1 interview that was more technical, and they really wanted to see how fast you could think and explain yourself. The Assessment Centre was a full day, like 8 hours, with breaks for tea and lunch. It was actually pretty fun and chill. We started with an ice-breaker, then a 1-hour exam with 3 questions. After that, there was a super quick 3-minute chat where they asked me to explain my answer to a specific question. In the afternoon, it was the usual case study and presentation. We wrapped up the AC with a personal impromptu speech that was 2 minutes long.

The process started with an application through the GradConnection website, followed by a brief phone interview. Next was a face-to-face technical interview, and the process concluded with an all-day assessment centre. The assessment centre ran from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM and included a one-hour technical test with three questions (data insights, problem-solving, and lateral thinking), a 40-minute PowerPoint error-checking task, a quick 4-minute face-to-face interview explaining a technical test answer, a group case study with a twist introduced towards the end, followed by a presentation, and finally a 'surprise content' segment where a speech is prepared and delivered with the possibility of the topic changing spontaneously.
