Graduate Engineer
So, there were three rounds in total. First up, an online technical quiz that covered Java and SQL, which wasn't too tough. Then, a standard behavioral interview, you know, the usual questions. The last round was with two engineers, and they gave me a technical problem to work through. It wasn't like a typical LeetCode problem, more of a systems design kind of thing. It wasn't super hard, just needed to talk through my thinking.

It started with an OA that checked basic programming knowledge. Then there was a video interview with HR focusing on behavioural questions. Finally, a video interview with the team leader about technical aspects, not coding itself but understanding it. I didn't get past the second stage and asked for feedback, but they just sent a generic letter, which was a bit of a bummer since I put in a lot of effort, used STAR method, and followed up proactively.

Graduate Engineer
It usually starts with a 1-on-1 with the hiring manager. They'll ask about your background, what you're good at, your work history, and any related experience you have. They also want to see if you'd fit in with the company culture.
