The interview process involved 3 rounds. It began with a recruiter screening, then two interviews with team members. One was a zoom interview with the director, and the other was an on-site interview with the VP. Communication was very slow throughout, and I had to follow up for updates each time. I never got a final decision, but my workday status changed to complete. It was unprofessional to ghost candidates after the final round.

Applied in July 2025 and the initial HR screening call was great. Then had an in-person interview in August 2025 which was also good. But after that, communication just stopped. Tried following up multiple times with no reply. Another HR person finally reached out in October 2025, apologized for the delay, and said they'd keep me updated. Nothing happened. Throughout November and December, I was the only one chasing for updates, still no response. It felt like my time wasn't valued at all. The first HR person was friendly and professional, but the rest of the process was really disappointing and unprofessional. Still no final word by the end of December 2025, which is wild.

Overall, it was okay. The HR team seemed a bit overwhelmed and disorganized, but they managed to set things up eventually, though email responses were lacking. It felt like they were under a lot of pressure. There were multiple interview rounds, primarily focusing on technical deep dives into my area of expertise to assess my fit for the role.

I applied online and then HR reached out to me. I had two interviews scheduled, the first one with the hiring manager, and the second with an HR manager. It felt a little strange that the hiring manager interview was scheduled before the HR interview, but I thought the first interview went well! But then in my 2nd interview, HR informed me about another position that was a better fit for my skills. We were both excited to proceed after discussing it, and HR wanted to connect me with a hiring manager from a different department. Unfortunately, that's when communication stopped. I followed up a few times, but I was basically ghosted. After several weeks, HR contacted me again about another role. I replied with my availability, followed up one more time, and was ghosted again! They appear to be quite disorganized.
