The interview started with a welcome and small talk. Then, the interview partners introduced themselves. We did a general get-to-know-each-other session where I was asked questions about myself. The company and firm were presented. I then talked about my career path, starting from my apprenticeship and subsequent professional roles, detailing my tasks, responsibilities, and what I worked on. They asked follow-up questions about my resume's professional history. They asked about my hard skills, soft skills, and values. Then it was time for my questions for them, which they answered. They explained the next steps after the interview, and then we concluded and said goodbye.

The store needed a new staff that gave the image of the brand and that they would be focused on the customers instead of each other. The store was a mess until I came in to clean it up. They had no leadership. I interviewed with several people at different times as well as phone interviews. I did my testing and they did a intense background/reference check. I got the job and I love it.

The interview process involved an initial phone screening followed by four in-person and phone interviews. It was a good experience overall, though it felt a bit repetitive and dragged on longer than anticipated. On the plus side, I got a better understanding of the role and met some of the team members, including my potential supervisors.
