PVH has a really efficient interview process, top-notch corporate recruiting. I went through 6 interviews in total. The recruitment team was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The whole process, from the first call to the interviews with key stakeholders, was very thorough. They did a great job with video interviews during the pandemic. It seems like PVH really values a candidate's subject matter expertise, personality, and communication skills.

The whole interview process took over 3 months which felt excessive, although there were some delays due to vacations and scheduling. The interviewers were generally nice, but the HR coordinators, especially the one in Cypress, CA, were really unprofessional. She sent me a rejection after the first interview, but then her boss called me for a second round. On the day of one interview, the front desk alerted her I had arrived, but I waited 30 minutes with no response. The hiring manager eventually came to find me, suggesting she had forgotten or fallen asleep. This completely messed up the experience and how I saw the company. I didn't get an offer in the end, and it felt like a huge waste of my time.
