So the interview process was pretty standard, it was like two parts. First I talked to the recruiter, then I had a second interview where I met with the hiring manager and someone else from the team. They didn't give me any feedback after that though.

The hiring process spanned a month. I applied online, and a Talent Acquisition (TA) specialist contacted me for a 30-minute introductory call. About a week later, I interviewed with the hiring manager. While the recruitment process itself was smooth and pleasant, I wasn't particularly impressed with the outcome. There seemed to be a lack of alignment between the hiring manager and the TA team regarding the specific requirements of the role. This miscommunication led to three unnecessary interviews, wasting everyone's time, when perhaps the TA could have identified a more suitable candidate if they had a clearer understanding of the hiring manager's needs.
