Another interview where the interviewer couldn't interview. It started with ‘Tell me about yourself’ then competency based questions. With 3 mins left, I got the chance to ask 1 question. I asked, ‘Can you tell me about the job and types of projects the team works on.’ It's baffling why interviewers think it's okay not to discuss the job with the candidate before asking questions. The interviewer was also messaging someone the whole time, which was very distracting. The only time they smiled was when they received a message. It's rude and disrespectful.
