I had an initial call with the recruiter, lasted about 15 minutes. She was very kind and asked background questions and the common 'about you/strengths and weaknesses' questions. Next was a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, who later became my manager. He asked about my interests in marketing, campaigns I liked, and why I was interested in the role.
