The interview process moved quickly and was simple. I spoke with both the ACD and ECD, who were both very professional and friendly. The Talent Acquisition Team was also very quick to respond and helpful. The interviews were done online, which was convenient.

The interview process had three main parts. First, I chatted with the creative director and associate creative director to see if we were a good fit and to talk about what I want to do in my career and my past experience. Second, I was given a creative task that was based on actual projects the company had worked on before. Third, and finally, I had an interview with the HR team and the Head of Comms.
