The hiring process was clear, well-organized, and respectful from start to finish. The steps were explained well, communication was transparent, and deadlines were met. The interview was conducted in a relaxed manner, with opportunities to ask questions and share my experiences, making the conversation easygoing and to the point. Overall, it was a very positive experience that matched the job offering.

The interview process was fine but the HRs behavior was very unprofessional. They will never respond properly despite multiple follow up. Had a bad experience. They just simply ghost you.

The interview experience was quite disappointing. They spent a lot of time asking about my past experience instead of focusing on my current role. Even though the job was supposed to be technical, the conversation shifted to general career topics, and the interviewer didn't seem to have much technical knowledge. I found their approach to discussing career goals problematic. When I mentioned skills I wanted to learn, instead of discussing how I could develop them, they criticized me for not already having those skills, implying I was passively waiting for opportunities. This felt unfair, especially since I was applying for this role to gain new experiences. The description of the job scope was also a major concern. They said the role requires you to be completely self-sufficient from start to finish, which suggests a lack of team support or collaboration. This was demotivating and made me question if they even understood the role themselves.
