Account Manager
There were a few rounds for the interview. The experience was good overall, but unfortunately, we didn't get proper feedback from the team after the decision was made. Also, there wasn't any transparency about the visa sponsorship situation, which was a letdown, especially since the HR Lead was part of the meeting. The task given was pretty straightforward and not very challenging. The interview questions asked were relevant to the role.
- Can you share your previous experience?
- What are your strategies for managing challenging accounts and customers?
Software Engineer Intern
So basically there were two rounds. The first one was a panel interview, that lasted about 30-45 minutes and it was mostly about behavioral stuff and going over my resume. The second round was with the hiring manager, this one was about 30 minutes, also resume review but with some basic coding questions on fundamental concepts.
- Can you tell me about your projects and your debugging process?
Finance Executive
The interview was pretty standard, with two people from the finance team talking to me. They explained how the department works and their team structure. It was a bit weird though, since it was supposed to start at 5 PM, but I had to wait about 20 minutes. Even though the interview itself went well, that delay was kind of inconvenient and messed with the flow a bit.
- Could you tell me about your background, including your strengths and weaknesses?
- What are your reasons for seeking a new job opportunity?
- Is accepting overtime a possibility for you?
Senior Executive
Had an online teams call for a basic intro and to discuss projects. Also looked at C code understanding from sample code.
