The interview process was rigorous and involved four rounds with people from different departments, including senior executives. The recruiter was nice and kept me updated, and everyone seemed interested in my background and how I could contribute. I had a good experience overall, even though I didn't get an offer.

Behavioral Group Presentation

It was a smooth process, we first had a shortlisting, then a group discussion (GD), and finally a personal interview (PI) as part of campus recruitment. The interview included easy CV-based questions and some questions about future goals. They were keen to understand our sales acumen and flexibility, while also looking for leadership qualities in students. Out of 50 people shortlisted, 5 GD panels were formed, and 3 people were selected from each GD for the PI round.
