The whole process was quick and they were upfront about everything. First, there was a recruiter call to go over basic info, talk about salary expectations, and see if I was interested. Then, the main interviews happened, which were behavioral and technical skill-based to check my skills, experience, and if I'd fit in with the team.

The interview process had four main parts. First, I talked with HR. Then, there was a test for logic and personality. If I passed, I had a technical interview with the manager for the area. After that, I had a more detailed talk with the senior manager. The last step was another meeting with HR about the contract. The whole thing felt organized and clear, and it moved along well. Each part had a specific goal, and I liked how it went from checking me out to talking about the job.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a lengthy process, and it felt like they were unsure about the exact requirements and scope of the position. The hiring managers didn't seem very experienced and didn't come across as genuine. They suggested that I could 'grow into the role,' even though the role I was interviewing for was one I was more than qualified for. During the fourth interview, which was in the office, the HR person asked which position I was interviewing for.

So first I was emailed about this job in Skelleftea. I said yes to interviewing. Then I talked with HR about me and the job and company stuff. After that, I talked with a coworker about my experience and how it fits. Then I had to do an online psychometric test for memory and logic. Then I had a more technical interview where they gave me hypothetical situations to see how I'd respond. Finally, I had a chat with the team manager about general things related to the role.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • HR asked broad questions about motivation, willingness to relocate, and reasons for leaving the current job.
  • The first technical interviewer asked in-depth questions about my experience, going through my CV in detail.
  • The psychometric evaluation is an online test for memory and logic, not really something you can prepare for.
