The interview process had four main parts. First, I talked with HR. Then, there was a test for logic and personality. If I passed, I had a technical interview with the manager for the area. After that, I had a more detailed talk with the senior manager. The last step was another meeting with HR about the contract. The whole thing felt organized and clear, and it moved along well. Each part had a specific goal, and I liked how it went from checking me out to talking about the job.

HR was uninterested and unconcerned in the first stage. I failed once, but succeeded once. If you are not one of the "5 Big personality traits" they want, they will eliminate you by a simple "temperament test", which I think is unfair and unethical. I guess they are searching for extraverts and cannot guess what they will do with them in a cold and introvert society. After all, you get a technical interview, which in my case was a shame for me to even attend! Asking a senior engineer with an MSc how to use a multimeter, what the symbols on panel drawings mean, and what elements are shown in the picture of a panel is humiliating and just shows that the company does not know what they want.

We started with some logic and leadership tests. Then there were 3 interviews total. Two were technical interviews with peers or managers, diving deep into past projects and technical specifics. The last one was with HR about benefits and salary. Each interview lasted about 30 to 45 minutes.
