The whole process took forever and they kept rescheduling interviews. It felt like way too many interviews spread out over months. I eventually talked to a VP or Director who was really rude and unprofessional. They said I'd get feedback but then just ghosted me. Everyone sounded stressed and disorganized. Honestly, I'm not even upset it didn't work out.

It was very straightforward. A very typical and generic interview. It was too short to be able to fully express yourself. The entire recruitment process was done in English but they interviewer chose to conduct the interview in Swedish. Even though I am a native speaker it still felt a bit unprofessional. The interviewer was friendly and casual.
