It was a long interview process - three interviews in total with team managers, two of which were with Senior managers. The whole process took about two months. The first interview was to understand my preferences, interests, and go over my CV. The second interview focused on my potential role. The third interview was a technical one.

First, send in your CV. Then, if they like it, you'll get an invite to do the AlvaLabs assessment. After that, there's the first interview with the team leader. This is followed by a case interview with the team leader. Then, you'll meet with three people from the team, one by one, so you can get to know them. Finally, there's a final interview which leads to an offer.

It started with a call with HR, then I talked with the engineer or internship leader. The interviewers were really nice and supportive, which I appreciated. They didn't try to make things difficult for me, unlike some interviewers at other companies. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with nice people and for a nice job.
