Social Media Manager
A recruiter reached out via email about a Zoom interview, giving me only a 24-hour heads-up. I replied promptly, accepting, but heard nothing back. The next day, already ready for the interview, I sent a follow-up asking if it was still on. Still no response. Two and a half hours past the scheduled time, she finally emailed a quick apology. This whole thing made me realize I didn't want to work there because it was super unprofessional and they didn't respect my time.
- Can you tell me about your experience in content creation?
Publisher Manager
The interview with the Betgmg team was a really good experience. They made it feel welcoming and professional, and the questions were put together well, making it an easy and productive conversation. I was impressed by how clearly they presented the company and how genuinely interested they were in getting to know me better. I left the interview even more motivated and with a very positive view of Betgmg's culture and values.
- Tell me why you are interested in working for us.
Server
I did this interview remotely and found out during the interview that the job they had available was nothing like the job posting had described. The job posting said that they were looking for a part time server / waitress for the pool, but I was told during the interview that the position they had available was on call and that they would be working in the hotel.
- Were you comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment?
- Name 3 rums.
- Name three vodkas.
Guest Service Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward and quick. It involved questions about customer service, specifically how to deal with difficult guests like rude or drunk ones. They also asked about my past experiences that would be relevant to the role. It was pretty easy overall. They offered me the job on the spot, and the whole thing wrapped up in about a month.
- What would you do if a guest was being rude?
- Can you share an example of when you exceeded expectations for a customer?
- Tell me about your past experiences relevant to this job.
