I did this interview remotely and found out during the interview that the job they had available was nothing like the job posting had described. The job posting said that they were looking for a part time server / waitress for the pool, but I was told during the interview that the position they had available was on call and that they would be working in the hotel.

The interview process was thorough and concise. They have a friendly work environment. I felt like they asked good questions and gave me a good opportunity to ask mine. The only discrepancy was that their listing mentioned part-time employees, but during the interview, they were only looking to hire full-time staff.
