I did a self-recorded digital interview for the Hospitality Internship program, and it took about half an hour. I expected to hear back in 4-6 weeks, but I never got a response. I didn't follow up, so I'm assuming it was a rejection because they only contact you to set up an interview if you're selected.

The process was a little long and they took a while to get back to me, but otherwise it was pretty straightforward. I applied online and had two Skype interviews and some questionnaires and got the position. Compared to other casino/hotels on the strip, it took a little longer, but it might be a little more streamlined now.
