The whole application thing took about 3 months. You gotta get through a bunch of steps: first, an online test with brain teasers, then an online simulation where you record yourself talking about how you'd handle work situations. After that, there's an online assessment centre with a strengths interview and a team exercise with other candidates. If you pass all that, you get an offer. It was pretty smooth, they clearly explained each step, and it wasn't too stressful. My tip: just chill and show them you're really excited about the job.

Technical

After initial introductory calls with HR, I had a technical interview at the La Spezia office. They asked me questions that I could answer, which were very relevant to my education and background. At the end of the interview, I was told I would receive feedback whether it was positive or negative, but it's been almost 5 months and they haven't contacted me again. Personally, I found this behavior disrespectful, especially since I voluntarily decided to travel to La Spezia (I live in Genoa) for the in-person interview, something they said they appreciated.

First, I sent in my application with some short written answers for a question asking me to tell them more about myself, professionally, educationally, or personally. Then I was asked to do an online strengths and cognitive assessment that took about 45 minutes. After that, there was a job simulation assessment with on-demand interview questions about situations similar to the job. The last part was an online assessment center where I did a group task, answered more on-demand questions, and then had an interview with a staff member that included general and technical questions. This whole thing started in November and I got the offer in February.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was smooth and well-structured. I had two interviews—the first was an informal, conversational discussion focused on the role, the company, and my background. The second interview was with two panel members and followed a more structured format, including STAR-based scenario questions and conversations about the company’s structure. There was also some natural back-and-forth discussion, which made it feel engaging and genuine. Both interviewers were friendly, professional, and easy to speak with. The time between interviews was reasonable (about four weeks), especially given the hiring manager's travel commitments. I appreciated that the timelines were communicated clearly from the outset. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
