Went through some online assessments that were pretty straightforward. Then I had an online assessment centre which went on for 3 hours. It was a bit long for my taste but included a group exercise and a one-on-one interview. The interview wasn't strictly competency-based, it was more like hypothetical 'how would you do this?' rather than 'tell me about a time you did this.'
