Group Presentation Behavioral Technical

First, I had to complete some online assessments. After that, I was invited to an assessment day in Bristol. The day involved a group task where we had to work together to solve a problem. Then, I gave a short 10-minute presentation to some senior people in the department. Finally, there was a 2-on-1 interview where they asked competency questions and some technical questions to check if I knew the basics. The competency part was pretty standard, asking for examples to back up my skills. They said the technical questions weren't too difficult, just wanting to see if I understood the fundamentals.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance of your biggest failure?
  • Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult person and whether it bothered you.
