Cloud Developer
The interview process started with standard questions about API protocols and past project experiences. The questions were very relevant to the resume, but I found myself struggling to communicate effectively as the interviewer and I didn't seem to be on the same page technically, which was a bit strange. The most bizarre part was that the interviewer appeared to fall asleep during the interview. They weren't paying attention, and then they actually fell asleep on camera. This experience really makes you question the company's work environment and culture.

The interview for the PROTÉGÉ program was quite straightforward. They didn't ask any difficult or in-depth questions. Mostly, I was asked to introduce myself and talk about my background. The Assistant Branch Manager and an HR representative conducted the interview. It felt more like a casual chat to get to know me rather than a formal evaluation.
