Only completed the first round of interviews. The interviewers were interested in discussing past projects. There was no assessment project, straight to the interview, which was great. They seemed more focused on understanding your knowledge of the models you've used, rather than just the results. So, prepare for that. Overall, the interviewers were really nice and welcoming.
