My interview experience at Maybank was really drawn out. I was told it would take three weeks, but it ended up taking two whole months. HR kept saying it would be finished 'next week,' but the timeline kept getting pushed back. On top of that, they first offered me a 15% raise from my previous salary, but then the actual offer that came through was less than what I was already making. It felt like a bait and switch. It was a super disappointing experience overall, and I wouldn't suggest it unless they really improve their process.

The interview process was good. It started with a user interview, then a team lead interview, followed by a top management interview, and finally HR. There was a technical test and a medical checkup as the last step. The interview process was very clear, but HR did not follow up if you didn't continue in the process.
