It was moderate. They asked about my past experiences and the reason I wanted to join Marriott. There was just one phone interview round. They asked about my previous work experiences and my reason for switching. They also asked about my strengths and weaknesses, to tell them about myself, and my goals after 5 and 10 years.

The interview process involved several rounds. It started with a coding round, followed by a technical round focusing on deep dives into technical concepts. Then there was another technical interview. A crucial behavioral round came next. After that, a technical manager interview covered working styles, provided an opportunity to ask questions, and included team discussions. The final round was HR negotiations.

Started with an HR chat for about 40 minutes, then moved on to meet with the manager. The manager's interview lasted roughly an hour and included two managers and a director from the department. It was at an average level for an internship, covering both behavioral and technical topics. The HR part was more formal than I expected.
