I went through a few stages, starting with online chat and a phone call. Then, there was an in-person interview where I met the GM, HR, and my direct manager. It was a bit awkward initially, but they were really open and honest, making it a great experience. I felt like I couldn't have asked for more from an interview.

I was initially contacted by an automated system via email to set up an onsite interview, with no human contact or further information provided beforehand. The pay wasn't advertised online. The interview itself was onsite with two Assistant Directors who seemed to have limited experience beyond some leadership training. They asked a bunch of STAR questions. It appears everyone is a director there. It felt like a waste of time since they didn't respond to emails and you just had to track your application online. My advice is to avoid applying for accounting roles here.

The process had two stages. First, an application, then a meeting with the hiring manager. If you get invited to the interview, you should dress up since it's a hospitality job. The manager talked about my experiences and I gave them my references. Then they gave me an offer letter.
