The interview process spanned over a month and included five 45-minute to hour-long interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams. My background was a perfect match for the role, I kept salary open for negotiation, I was available to start immediately, and I presented a book of business demonstrating potential for quick ROI. Both parties seemed equally invested in the opportunity. They requested documents to confirm I didn't have a non-compete agreement and mentioned there might be one final interview. Despite this, by Friday afternoon of that week, I received a brief message stating they were not moving forward with my application.

Technical Other

The whole process took about 2 months, for a job that needed someone right away. I took a psychometric test and got the results a week later. The first interview and a dexterity test were pretty basic. The interviewer was really nice. Then I did my second and third interviews. They also changed the work location and I had to do a medical check. I waited over a month to hear about my start date, and they didn't reply to my emails. I ended up turning down the offer because I found something else, and they didn't even respond.

Group Behavioral

They do a group interview with 6 people, which I felt didn't let each person show their potential because besides being so many people, they gave little time. Additionally, you never get personalized feedback (of course, if from the very beginning they don't treat you like a person) and they send an email saying they don't have a project for you and they are still looking and the position is active. So I guess that wasn't it...

To hire temporary staff in the HMM category, we'll use a fair process to pick the best candidates. Here's how it'll work: First, we'll advertise the jobs on our website, social media, and through Indian community groups, detailing who can apply, what the job involves, qualifications, and pay. Then, we'll review all applications to see if they meet the basic requirements like education, experience, and skills, and make a shortlist. A committee of senior staff, including finance experts, will be formed for interviews. For the Accountant role, we'll interview candidates about financial rules, budgeting, and accounting software, and they might do a short practical exercise like making a financial report. Finally, based on how they do in the interview and skill tests, we'll create a list of the best candidates, let them know, and offer them the job for the Haj period. Those selected will need to provide their documents for checking, and if everything is okay, they'll get their appointment letters.
