So I had 2 rounds of interviews, and the interviewer was really nice. They just asked for simple, basic problems, which was enough if I prepared properly. The HR said they'd get back to me in about a week, maybe two.

The interview was conducted via Teams. The questions were designed to assess my suitability for the proposed position. A technical interview would follow, and then a personality test if my application was selected.

The interviews were quick, the only real drawback is that they immediately ask for a guarantee of signing the contract, which is really difficult to guarantee. After an initial introductory interview, you go directly to the interview at the company where you will be relocated.
