Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ManpowerGroup.
Business Development Executive
The interview process wasn't too difficult, consisting of about 2 rounds with the hiring manager and 1 round with HR. There was also a test. The process in general is quick, with no long waiting times.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your thoughts on our company's vision and your personal mindset?
Account Executive
Six interviews over multiple weeks, including two panels with various team members up to VP. It was disorganized and time-consuming. Not a good look after two months and six rounds with no offer.
- Can you describe your normal staffing related questions concerning metrics and accounts?
Enterprise Sales Executive
The interview process began with a recruiter screening, which was pretty basic. They are open to discussing salary during this initial call. Following that, there were multiple interviews, including a panel interview and several assessments. These assessments were the Hogan, Raven, and Watson, which turned out to be far more difficult than I had anticipated.
- Can you tell me about the biggest deal you've closed and what role you played in securing it?
