Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ManpowerGroup.
Recruitment Consultant
They do a group interview with 6 people, which I felt didn't let each person show their potential because besides being so many people, they gave little time. Additionally, you never get personalized feedback (of course, if from the very beginning they don't treat you like a person) and they send an email saying they don't have a project for you and they are still looking and the position is active. So I guess that wasn't it...
- They give 1 exercise to solve in a group and ask the group questions about it.
Recruiter
The interview process was clearly defined with clear questions and open discussions about lots of ideas. There was one round with 2 consultants, and I was lucky enough to also meet the Team Lead. Another round was with the internal HR. The last round was with my direct manager.
- Could you perform a role play to demonstrate how you would acquire a new client for the company?
Senior Recruiter
It was just a get-to-know-you meeting, and I never got any feedback or a decision on whether the process was over. Anyway, feedback is super important because it helps candidates know what they can improve in interviews.
- Did you manage people on the team coordinating all their needs?
